You actually sound really great to me...where do you go to school haha? I think the only problem you might have is that you menitoned that you might come off as anti-social. Personally, I am that way myself...I'm a little bit shy and it's not that I don't want to talk to people and make friends, I"m just not good at starting things up...I like the other person to appraoch me. This I have found to be a problem. College, community college especially seems to be a place that you really have to work to make friends. People are there for different reasons and terms are short - just as you're starting ot get used to things and starting to talk to the people in your classes, all of the sudden the term is over. You all go your seperate ways and never see eachother again. So, if you really want to meet people, you're going to have to try harder. Talk to them, be friendly, ask them to hang out. It doesn't have to be like asking them out at first, you could simply ask them to hang out in the hall and study, work on a group project together, etc. or see if they'd like to go to coffee on campus or something like that. Then once you're comfortable around them and know that they're into you as well, then you can take it to the next step and ask them to dinner or whatever. You seem like a cool person to me, you're just going to have to work a little harder ot meet people. I go to community college as well and to be honest, it's lonely there for me. I have my same old friends, but I only see them on weekends or special occasions because they're off at other schools or doing other things. I haven't made very many friends in community college and ask long as the guy wasn't a complete creep (which you don't sound like a creep at all!) I would be flattered and excited if a guy showed some interest in being my friend or something more and asked me to hang out. Just go for it! Good luck!

Ok, so i have a real jerk for a dentist. he's very ornery and annoying. Of course he doesn't know that i think that, but that's not the point. Point is i'm going to high school next year and i plan on trying and using cannabis. I need to know if cannabis leaves stains on the teeth like cigarettes. Because if it does I'm worried that he might say something to my mom about it. He's not really a friend of my parents though and he's just our dentist, but the problem is, is that when he shows the x-rays my mom and my bros and sister all go in, because we all have it done on the same day. So doing that makes it easier for my mom, because we go one after another and get out of there quick. Why do some Netflix movies have an unknown availability date?

I know this has been asked before, but none of them have answered my questions! I'm a fan of the oldies, and so I like to be able to get them from Netflix to watch. But I've noticed that some movies aren't available at all, and I have to save them to the queue, rather than adding them. Is the movie just not available, i.e. they weren't able to find a DVD version of it? I'm signed up to have the movies mailed, but only have DVD. Are they available on Blu-Ray instead? If it's any help, one of the movies I wanted to rent was "The Thin Man Goes Home," but it wasn't available.

Severe lower back pain after standing or walking for 30 minutes or so?

I am a 28 year old female, 175 lbs, 5' 9" in pretty good shape. This past October I was sitting down in a chair and heard a pop and had excrutiating lower back pain. I had an x-ray done with nothing found. Ever since this day I cannot stand or walk too long (like 30 minutes) or my lower back locks up and I am back in severe pain. If I sit for about 10 minutes the pain dissipates. The pain is shooting down the front AND back of my legs to just above the knee and there is also shooting nerve like pain in my hips when these episodes occur any suggestions?

Have you tried reseting your router and or setting up the connection in the sharing center as a known home network?? Also try setting up for comp for auto ip detecting to. Some will try and grab the same one as the router sometimes and this most always causes problems with multiple devises connected to splitters and wireless routers.

Transformers 3: To see nor not to see?

Bonjour film lovers, I have been pondering for a while since seeing the Dark fo the Moon trailer whether or not to see the film when it comes out. What has mainly been holding me back is that RotF was a huge pile of shite, and it didn't make much sense. But I read in the recent Empire that Bay is apparently using James Cameron's 3D cameras, and this, along with the fact that Frances McDormand and John Malkovich are also in it is a huge draw to me. That does kinda have me ready to see it, but should is it worth to see in 3D/ It'd just be contributing to being more successful, and more shitty sequels may get developed as a result (seeing as RotF earnt 800 mil worldwide). How dangerous is a head CT scan?

Before you guys call me out on my carcinophobia, I am doing significantly better today than yesterday. I did have one head CT a little over 2 weeks ago though and I am slightly worried about the radiation exposure. I read somewhere that this procedure averages about 2 mSv, which is significantly less than the FDA max, but I'm wondering if this one scan carries a cancer risk? It's the only CT I've ever had, and I've only had a handful of X-rays of my teeth as far as other screenings are concerned. Is this significant?

How can I make a map for my camp?

I have a tradition that I have done ever since 3rd grade, it's where a have this big all girls backyard camp, and all the girls in my grade who go to my school and a couple other girls are coming. Last year (5th grade) nobody would listen to where everything is, and when they were supposed to go to water events, they end up going into the creek or something (my backyard is really big, and my house is small lol, Not small small just not a mansion or anything) because they didn't know where the event was. One time it was time for roasting marsh-mellows for group yellow and a few girls got mixed up with group green for free time at the neighborhood park, and everything just got out of control because girls would say "We already did this!" "No, we didn't!" "I didn't get free time!" and stuff like that. I figured a map would solve that problem this year, and I tried making one on sumo paint. It was really hard though, because I would have to go through all this work just for 1 little thing. Is there any easy ways to make a map, like sort of professional looking. Not like the Disney World map, but better than Paintbrush on the mac.

my boyfriend has been a recovering alcoholic for three years now. He dealt with not drinking by replacing it with pot and smoking it every waking minute of the day. when he is on that stuff he seems normal. I hate being around him when he runs out. It sucks because I live with him and I have to put up with it. It's like dr hyde vs jekel. He becomes irritable and starts treating me like crap. He also starts arguing with his friends and family really bad. When he runs out, I avoid him as much as possible and walk on egg shells because he starts getting mad at everything. When I ask him if he is withdrawing from his pot, he gets so defensive. He swears he is only irritable because of me or who ever else happens to piss him off. Several questions about programs in my computer?

Well, I don't know much about Bonjour, IL Download, or Safari...but, Roxio is a program that you use to burn CDs/DVDs. Unless you're going to burn any songs, pictures, or movies onto a disc, you don't need it. If you already have Windows Media Player and iTunes, you probably don't need Viewpoint Media Player, either. Both WMP and iTunes will play most video and music files. If you other ones came with your computer (if it's a store bought one) then you can probably just get rid of them, as well. You can always do a search with Google or another engine and see what the programs are and what they are used for and use your best judgement.

Chest pain help im confused?

I'm confused and need help I have been having chest pain and tightness for about 6 months. I have been to the doctor and have been given a chest x ray and e.k.g. test and everything came back fine. I'm wondering if its my body size I used to lift weights and had a good size of mass and I stoped and lost like 30 pounds over the last year. I'm wondering if now when I do strenous things like pushing and pulling I get chest tightness because my chest has lost mass and its to tight or something? Can anyone help me please thank you. I have a burning pain in the area around my belly button?

I am a 42 year old woman. I have severe burning pain in the area of my Belly button. I am aware of it for about 80% of the day. It can't be anything I eat, because I wake up with the pain, and it's there for almost the whole day. The pain doesn't move to any other part of my stomach. I don't have any swelling. It is not a cramping pain, just burning! I have tried Buscopan, Scopex and are currently using Librax, without any difference in the pain. I took the test (don't know what its called) where you drink white stuff, and they X-ray you about every half an hour. Nothing seemed wrong. I also had Blood tests done. Nothing showed! I'm in south padre island, and there are no jellyfish and the water is actually pretty clear with little seaweed. No one has even seen a fish yet today!!! However, i am deathly afraid of going farther than about 15 feet from shore (almost to my knee) Im mostly scared of getting hurt by things like stingrays, sharks, and jellyfish. Itunes..computer..disaster?

hi! i had already installed itunes onto my computer then tried to uninstall it. thats where the problem is. see in add or remove programs (in control panel) itunes, bonjour, quicktime etc. was still there. so i pressed uninstall and it said the feature you are trying to use is on a network source that is unavailable blah blah blah. ive tried everything, ive read all the articles, but nothing works. if you could also make it so i could get itunes 10.1 that would be great, but i just want it to go away!! plz help :()()

Malpractice or Not Malpractice?

To allege malpractice, you need to be able to prove that some sort of physical harm was done. You may be able to sue the hospital for emotional damages, but I'm not a lawyer so I couldn't give you the details on that. I'm a nurse, and my information comes from what we were taught about malpractice in nursing school. I'd definitely write a complaint (or several) to the hospital. If you can't find a way for the hospital to take responsibility for it, I'm sure your local news channel would be interested in doing a story on it, then the hospital would have to face the press!

How to get a chihuahua to stop constantly jumping..?

I have two male chihuahuas that have a run and a doggy door leading them into part of the office. They are in there because they are not fixed and plan to breed them one day. I also have a female and so that is why they are kept apart. Now one is a mellow fellow, and thus is fine. The other is a jumping bean.. literally. He jumps against the gate over, and over and over again until i get so tired of it i yell at him.. we have tried teaching him to stop, but since he was a puppy he has jumped against doors, counters, gates.. anything in his way... i looked up the anti jump harness, but that won't work for him.. he's not 20 pounds.. lol so.. what should i do? is there anything smaller that will work for him? Why cant i download itunes?

why do people hate is so much. I have windows medi aplayer 12 on windows 7 and its awesome. i love the ui and its quick on startup and plays my music just fine. it actually uses LESS ram than winapp and itunes.(i looked up some benchmarks from when it first came out". not to mention its easy to stream music to my brother and sister(they each have there own laptop). so far i have heard a ton of peopel say its bloated but look at itunes. u have to install bonjour,apple helper,quicktime etc etc.... and the file is huge. itunes leaves a huge folder in your music labled itunes and when i deleted it it wa slike 200 mb.

I think you should break-up with him. Okay, me and my boyfriend are both 16. We have been dating now for almost 7 months. We're happy together. We don't really argue that much and we both respect each other. On Call of Duty Black Ops, is it worth upgrading the "Dragunov" into the "D115 Disassembler"? If I'm correct an upgraded sniper does 1000 damage, the same as a ray gun. Shoulder and upper arm pain?

I have been suffering severe upper arm pain since Feb. of this year and it just gets worse! I have been to the ER and the doctor. My x-rays are clean. I would like to know if anyone out there has had this problem. The pain started in my upper arm right below the shoulder it radiates into the shoulder and into my collar bone. I cannot move it up or down or in or out. As long as my arm is close to my body and bent at the elbow its seems ok, but just sitting here typing on my laptop my arm feels like its coming out of the socket! What does TWC desktop error message mean?

Recently everytime I initially start up my computer I get the little box showing TWC desktop error unable to initialize page. I looked at my error message file but it does not tell me what the program was. If you don't have to buy the glasses right this instant, go to a drugstore, Walmarts or wherever and try on some knock-off Wayfarer style sunglasses and see how they fit. Particularly where they cross your nose, as the bridge size is quite a bit bigger then what you are wearing and it is hard to adjust the bridge size for plastic frames if they aren't right. The copies might not have exactly the same shape but will be close enough the see how they would fit on you. Might save you from making an expensive mistake.

Which computer is better?

I would go for the DV6. I have a couple of these laptops (not your exact model but similar) and have been very happy with their abilities to play music and video. I can play alot of games without any problems (Combat Arms, Sims 3, etc) and find the battery to be reliable, the features very nicely presented and the computer barely gets hot.

Feeling kind-of weird.....what could it be?

it might be your period, but could be your body adjusting to the prozac. i am on prozac now, but had a bad time when i was on it 7 years ago. i was doing ok for a month then all of a sudden, i couldn't eat. i would try and i couldnt i would cry. it got so bad. i stopped the medicine and had to be hospitalized. i now am on it again with no bad side effects. maybe as your body is getting used to it you may be feeling kind of crappy. i would make sure (if i were you) that you call your prescribing doctor and your regular doctor. try to at least keep hydrated. i dont know if this will help in your situation, but peppermint tea (with no caffeine) helps for nausea. i swear by it. that might help in the meantime. i would make sure to call the doctor who prescribed it, as well as your regular doctor. the cramps could be your period, but also may come from not eating enough.

My 21 month old keeps getting sick doctors aren't helping. Now what.?

For the past three or four months my 21 month old daughter has been getting sick to her stomach every few weeks. Now she is getting sick more frequently. She has seen three different doctors and none of them can find anything wrong. They have done blood work, stool samples, x rays, and a number of tests. I am desperate. Molly fish just suddenly died?

We have a 10 gal tank with 4 fish 1 in a molly. Most energetic fish we had. We had a bubble maker in there and finally got it hooked up last night since we had forgotten to grab the hose (herpderderp) . This morning I got up to find the molly laying on the bottom of the tank and any time she would try to swim up it was like she just didn't have the energy and was straining. Then within 2 hours was just dead. One other fish is starting to act pretty mellow now too, but the little guppy we have is as happy as can be. What's wrong with our tank? We've always kept the water well filtered and conditioned along with a ph balancer and an automatic no adjusting censored heater.

ITunes Won't Download?

Yesterday I deleted some programs I felt weren't necessary because there was a virus (now gone) and I wanted to clear space on my computer. HELP I CANT TAKE THIS!!!!!?

ive had anxiety for 3 years and im 18 now. Its always their, but if i take xanax or if im tired and sometimes i feel happy its like its still their but very quiet if that makes sense like its very very mild and easy to deal with. But ever since my first panic attack that changed my whole thought process, i feel like it rewired my thinking process like i think in a diffrent way, i still feel the same emotions but i cant go on vacations or sleep at anybodies house anymore because my ocd flares and i get scared cause im not home in my comfort zone. I dropped out of high school, never had a job i feel like i cant cope with living, am extremllyyyyy depressed, and ocd RULES my life. I obsess about anything like that i have schizophrenia, autism, some kind of unknown mental illness and i just obsess over it. But for the past 2 days ive been "over analyzing" i guess is the term, But im obsessing over not being unable to understand what words, emotions, jokes etc. mean. For example(and this never happend before jokes always came natural along with empathy, and sympathy up untill 2 days ago) But anyways say if someone tells me a joke before i would of got the joke laughed got the sarcasm laughed got people emotions like if there angry sad mad happy, But now its like im over analyzing every single thing if someone tells me a joke my brain goes nuts and i just cant figure out the joke i have to literly explain to myslef why i get the joke, i have to explain to myself why people are mad why there happy and its like i have to try and my brain feels like its blocking me from understanding. Even though i am understanding i still get jokes emotions and everything but the thought of getting every jone or emotion has been constintly on my mind and it causes me HUGGGEE amount of anxiety i had a horrible panic attack last night because i felt like ill never be the same again. I was on antidepressants for 3 months when i first started getting anxiety attacks, And it did wonders idk why it doesnt help other people but it literly felt like i got my life back, the anxiety was still their in the back of my mind but it was so mellow its like it wasnt their. I started sleeping at peoples houses and just applying myself even though i never got a job. But i got off it idk why i just got lazy and felt like i didnt need it anymore and ever since then my OCD has blown WAYY out of proportion and im literly in tears right now as im typing this. But the getting emotions and jokes thing started because i read an article on aspergers and starte obsessing that i had that and thats why i feel like i dont get jokes or emotions anymore. Before i read the symptoms of aspergers i still had anxiety and depression but i felt like myslef, ive alwyas understood social cues, jokes, sarcasm, facial and body expressions, i could always tell if someone was bored of my conversation, And made eye contact. But ever since i read the symptoms i feel like i cant understand people when they talk when i make eye contact because my brain is focusing on eye contact and not the conversation and that eye contact use to come naturally so i used to be able to make eye contact before. And what i mean by i cant understand language is for example, If i told u to say the word apple over and over and over again the word seems wierd and doesnt have the same meaning, well thats exactly what my minds doing i feel like words have no meaning as if there speaking a language i dont understand and along with this feeling i get kind of like a buzz in the back of my head along with anxiety and depression and i just feel like theres a mental block in my mind. Sorry for the long long question i just need reinsurance that im going to get better and this over analyzing will go away i just cant see it happening. Everyone tells me I need to grow up, but I don't really get why. I'm never really Mad,Sad, Negative or basically anything like that. I always have fun no matter what the situation is. I don't really have a family at home and I always get high and party. But everyone thinks it's weird how I act so energetic even when I don't sleep for a couple days at a time. I mean that is all I can do, I am a junior in high school, I am graduating this year, I go to community college at the same time, I take ballet and ballroom, I take voice, piano, and guitar lessons, and i work thirty hours a week, so that is all I can really spend time for, what are some suggestions, cause I really want to be proficient in many languages. How can I make a map?

I have a tradition that I have done ever since 3rd grade, it's where a have this big all girls backyard camp, and all the girls in my grade who go to my school and a couple other girls are coming. Last year (5th grade) nobody would listen to where everything is, and when they were supposed to go to water events, they end up going into the creek or something (my backyard is really big, and my house is small lol, Not small small just not a mansion or anything) because they didn't know where the event was. One time it was time for roasting marsh-mellows for group yellow and a few girls got mixed up with group green for free time at the neighborhood park, and everything just got out of control because girls would say "We already did this!" "No, we didn't!" "I didn't get free time!" and stuff like that. I figured a map would solve that problem this year, and I tried making one on sumo paint. It was really hard though, because I would have to go through all this work just for 1 little thing. Is there any easy ways to make a map, like sort of professional looking. Not like the Disney World map, but better than Paintbrush on the mac.

Can I connect my blu-ray home theatre to my TV using Component Cable HDMI Male to 5 RCA RGB Audio Video AV?

OK I've had some trouble with this new TV I have. My Blu-Ray home theatre system will not work using a normal HDMI lead so I decided to try a component cable instead. It has all the coloured cables at one end & a HDMI connection at the other. I put the coloured cables into the back of my TV & the HDMI connection into the blu-ray player & set my TV to Component. I'm still getting the same infuriating "No signal" message that I got when I tried it with the normal HDMI lead a few days ago. This is driving me crazy now, can anyone help? Did I hook it up wrong? Did I buy the wrong type of cable? I'm struggling to find one on the net that has the coloured component things at both ends. Please help me out if you can, let me know what I'm doing wrong because I am running out of ways to hook this thing up. It works perfect with the PS3 through the HDMI lead so I don't understand what the problem is with the blu-ray player. Thanks for reading.

IPHONE 3GS SYNC PROBLEMS WINDOWS 7!?

I bought a HP TouchSmart (x64) running with windows 7, when I tried to sync my iphone 3gS 8GB with the latest version of itunes 10.1 x64 (the right version for my pc) it doesn't complete the synchronization. I've tried everything, downloading an older version of itunes (to 8 and 9) checking my usb connections, disabling bonjour.. everything and didn't work. I also connected my Itouch 3g and it synchronized normally, only with the iphone happens that. I read in some forums that this problem gets fixed updating the latest version of the BIOS, but I heard it could make fail the whole computer. what should i do? Because I'm running out of ideas.

HD Versus Full HD Hi Def High Definition Television?

Why do Leos like me so much?

A lot of Leo girls, and even a few Leo guys hit on me frequently. Some times they are just really nice to me without any sexual intentions. Am I the only one confused by this?

In my country, America, we have laws that ban us from having an established religion. Yet our national motto is "In God we trust", before you receive the death sentence, a judge says "and may God have mercy on your soul", not to mention In God we Trust is plastered all over our currency. Mostly because of the religious revival in the 1950's. Basically, God is all over everything here, and we have super religious people. Yet, in the UK, they have an established church, but religion isn't as common and more mellow. That doesn't make any sense to me. Anyone have an opinion?

I'll start with an example - I speak very little french so if I wanted to pretend I was speaking French I would say something like this "Bonjour, moun acale see doi cler achere pleu." which may mean something just by coincidence, I don't know. i met him in 6th grade. he was even more awkward than me. we were both on some weird video game nerd/ wigger sh1t. and we were both like that through 6th, 7th, and some of 8th grade. then he started hanging out with me and some of my other friends. and he started to change some. he started to become more popular, and i was ok with that, then he started to think he was the sh1t a little bit. he started hanging out with me and my other best friend, who started to influence him some.( he's a "cool" guy, he does some bad sh1t but he stays cool generally). pretty soon(the main guy im talking about) was changing a lot. He was not really nice like he used to be. he talked a lot more and talk sh1t a lot more. and b1tches actually wanted him for the first time in his life. i wasn't mad at that, i was happy for him, it's just he wasn't the same. he cared about superficial sht he never cared about before. and mainly, he didn't treat me the same. when me and him and my other friend were hanging out, he would sometimes act like i could never be on the same level as him. so, that summer ended, and we werent around eachother quite as much. we went do different high schools now. i remember early 9th grade, him and my other friend got in a fight and my otherfriend basically called him out saying he wouldn't have been sh1t without him, and he would still be a nerd and his ego was so big.( this had some to do with a fight we had in a band we were in, i was never really offensive, i usually just tried to watch and moderate, im the fat guy of the group, compared to them anyway lol). that passed and this guy started changing even more. he started smoking weed, which i was like whatever, but i didnt do it. then, one day, he did pcp. he couldn't handle it. so, he went to the hospital, and his parents made him transfer schools. then coencidentally, my other friend transferred to the same school. so they continued in a similar fashion as before, all the while this guy getting even wilder. so, through 9th grade, i wasnt hanging out with these guys quite as much. but, he was getting kind of mellower towards me. fastforward to spring 10th grade. this guy is doing crazy sht, he's done all sorts of drugs, drank a lot and just behaved recklessly.( but he had become cooler towards me again. this was the first time the 3 of us had been together in a while. i saw him drink a full 40 of tequila because he was on probation and got drug tests. he did crazy **** like climbed 100 foot tall construction frames. that summer he went to rehab. apparently he stole a gun out of a car. that fall he went to another youth reform center. now hes out, but i dont know how long he'll last.
