Where is the $5 Vudu credit on the Clash of the Titans and 300 Blu ray?

I just bought these two blu rays from Walmart online and it said on the plastic that there is a $5 Vudu credit inside. I open them both up and theres nothing. Am I supposed to register somewhere or something? Help!
