Guys, Shy or outgoing girls?

I know I'm not a guy but definitely outgoing. My guy friends tell me the one thing they love about me is that I'm funny and obnoxious, and guys ADORE confidence. And please don't change who you are for guys, someone will find you that loves you for who you are, shy or outgoing.
