Question about Administrator Windows Vista?

So I am trying to update my iTunes program, and for some strange reason, it says that it doesn't have permission to access Bonjour, so it cannot continue. It tells me to log on using an account with administrator enabled, but the thing is, I am the only one using this laptop since it is mine and my Windows Vista account says it is administrator...so I am kind of lost. Any help would be appreciated...
