What does TWC desktop error message mean?

Recently everytime I initially start up my computer I get the little box showing TWC desktop error unable to initialize page. I looked at my error message file but it does not tell me what the program was. There are a bunch of error messages shown for same days and time frames showing Bonjour Service as source in reference to task scheduling so I don't know if these are related or not. I am trying to learn more about errors and what is relevant to act on versus what I can ignore.Any help in detail regarding these type of errors is appreciated.
