Itunes downloading question? program bonjour?

i tried to download itunes on my computer, and i cant because it stops in the middle and says "the older version of bonjour cannot be deleted. please contact your technical support group." i dont know how to contact this group, so i went into my existing programs and tried to delete the program but i also was unable to. please help?! i miss music!
