Wireless Connection Problems?

Okay, so I FINALLY got my wireless working. But here's the problem: it disconnects every 5 minutes. I want to know what is going on. I changed the Settings on the Card, I updated the software on my router, and I even removed the program Bonjour from my computer because that's what someone told me to do. This is driving me crazy!!!! What is wrong with my wireless??? Someone please help, ASAP.
