My iPod help PLZ! Who am I suppose to do?!?

It says the bonjour service has been disabled. Bonjour is required for sharing music with others, playing music through airplay speakers connecting to apple tv, and using the iPhone and iPod touch remote. Re-enable the service in Control panel-> Adminstrative tools-> services. And yes I have been having problem with my headset and the control panel not working so PLZ help!! What should I do!!!???
