What would fake English look like?

I'll start with an example - I speak very little french so if I wanted to pretend I was speaking French I would say something like this "Bonjour, moun acale see doi cler achere pleu." which may mean something just by coincidence, I don't know. Anyway I guess this is a quesiton that can only be answered by a person whose mother-tongue is not English but mother-tongue English speakers are welcome to give their ideas. If you were to "fake" English what would it look like.
