I am having an extremely hard time deleting a few programs..?

I have gone through extensive ways to delete the program Bonjour, as it corrupted and is ruining the performance of many parts to my system. I have opened up the safe mode command prompt and deleted all the files in the program file area, however it still regesters as a program. When i try to uninstall it via the control pannel, (before and after i tried removing it other ways), it says it can not find the file bonjour64.msi. When i try to reinstall the program, it says that my computer already has an updated version. HELP!
